Job summary

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk is seeking a Supply Planning professional to manage the inventory position and the replenishment plan with the plant, ensuring timely updates to the Master Production Schedule and finished goods on hand.

The role requires close collaboration with PPIC, MTU, Logistics and QA/QC to balance stock, monitor events like alternate sourcing and phase in/out, and generate stock forecasts for distributors.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory position and replenishment plan with the plant.
• Coordinate monthly Master Production Schedule with the plant.
• Detail Finished Goods on Hand and forecast needs.
• Collaborate with PPIC, MTU, Logistics and QA/QC on supply review activities.
• Balance inventory stock across factory operations.
• Involve in event management timelines (Alternate Source Development, Phase In/Out, Build up Stock).
• Generate stock estimates required by distributor for forecast fulfilment.

Responsible for the inventory position and the resulting supply replenishment plan with the plant

Coordinate with plant for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) monthly and also detail Finished Goods on Hand

Collaborate with cross functional teams in plant(e.g. PPIC, MTU, Logistic and QA/QC) in activities related with supply review

Responsible for the inventory stock balancing in factory.

Responsible and involving in timeline for event management (e.g. Alternate Source Development, Phase In Phase Out, and Build up Stock Scenario)

Generates an estimate for the stocks required by distributor for forecast fulfilment.

In 2013, the Company obtained halal certification for NATUR-E and HOBAT Capsules, its animal based gelatin products, marking a first halal certified supplement for a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.
