Qualifications

• Preferably based in Palembang.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and faxes regarding customer inquiries and needs.
• Provide information on pricing and stock availability accurately
• Follow up on quotations and monitor payment statuses
• Deal directly with customers and independently determine pricing when needed
• Support sales and customer interactions with basic negotiation and contracting tasks
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external customers
• Process customer orders once quotations are confirmed
• Handle customer complaints professionally and de-escalate tense situations
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system
