Job summary

A leading global apparel solutions provider is looking for a qualified candidate to manage customer orders, monitor production statuses, and handle complaints. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Excel is also required. Position is based in Lippo Cikarang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 from any major.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, particularly in an MNC.
  • Good command of English (must).

Responsibilities

  • Receive orders from customers.
  • Process orders through various systems.
  • Confirm delivery schedules to customers.
  • Monitor order status on production.
  • Handle customer complaints related to the order process.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving order from customer
  • Process the order from customer through manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm
  • Confirm delivery schedule to customer
  • Monitoring order status on production
  • Process any complaint from customer relating to the order process
Qualifications
  • Min S1 from any major
  • 2 years of customer service working experience, MNC background is a plus
  • Good in English (it must)
  • Good in communication and negotiation skill
  • Good in MS Excel
  • Having passion to connect with other people
