Job summary

talentious career partners is seeking a Customer Service Agent - Travel Account to handle flight bookings, changes, refunds, and inquiries from customers in a fast-paced environment at our Yogyakarta location. The role requires English at B2 level and a Bachelor Degree.

You will work a rotational shift schedule, 5 days a week, with early start times up to late evening; onboarding includes CRM documentation and close collaboration with airlines and partners to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English (B2) is required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel itineraries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, ticket changes, refunds, and other travel-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about fares, baggage allowances, travel policies, schedules, and booking conditions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while aiming for timely solutions.
• Assist customers with payment, booking confirmation, and other transaction-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams when needed to resolve issues.
• Meet customer service targets for response time, satisfaction, quality, attendance, and resolution.

Salary:

• Fresher: IDR. 2.828.000
• Experience: IDR. 2.980.000
• KPI Allowance
• After TDS training they will be eligible for IDR 500.000 bonus

Work Hour: Rotaional Shift - 5 days a week, 2 days off, Eatlist Shify :6AM, Latest shift 10PM.

Start Date: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
