Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service - English, to handle inbound/outbound calls and web inquiries, delivering quality service and resolving routine issues. You will greet customers professionally, document interactions, and help drive customer satisfaction through accurate product knowledge and empathy.

The role requires a high school diploma with some experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with shift flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptable to change
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions with a professional tone
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed
• Based on location/program, additional experience may be required
