Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an English Customer Service Agent to support fast-growing e-commerce operations. You will handle inquiries via email/chat in English, assist with orders, returns, refunds, and issues, and work with internal teams to resolve problems while maintaining accurate interaction records.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service (fresh graduates welcome), fluent English (B2+), and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably e-commerce).
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 level).
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and/or chat in English.
• Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback.
