Responsibilities

• Menghubungi pembeli/penguji terdaftar di wilayah Americas/Europe untuk alokasi evaluasi & survei.
• Membantu merekrut dan menugaskan pembeli/penguji untuk berbagai proyek di wilayah Americas dan Europe.
• Menanggapi pertanyaan email dari pembeli/penguji.
• Melakukan quality check laporan online & survei sesuai standar layanan.

This role is titled Customer Service, but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers. This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. Job Description:

• Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
• Assist in recruiting and assigning shoppers/auditors to various projects in the Americas and Europe regions.
• Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
• Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in day or night shift
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
