Job summary

Glints is expanding and seeks an IT, Systems & Analytics Engineer to own and maintain our core technology stack (Microsoft, Zoho, Shopify, WATI) and turn operational data into actionable insights.

You will handle day-to-day IT operations, system integrations and reporting/analytics to support sales, inventory and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Zoho apps (CRM, Inventory, Books, HR) and integration modules is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating cloud systems (Zoho, Shopify, accounting, CRM, messaging tools) via connectors or APIs.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in Zoho Analytics or Power BI and working with data from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify and broadcast tools (WATI, WhatsApp Business, email tools).
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft environments (Apple and Windows devices).
• Strong analytical mindset focused on data, metrics and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as the main IT & systems owner.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain core tech stack (Microsoft, Zoho, Shopify, WATI) and convert data into insights.
• Maintain Microsoft environment (users, devices, security, email, storage, collaboration).

Job description

We are expanding and looking for an IT, Systems & Analytics Engineer to own and maintain our core technology stack (Microsoft, Zoho, Shopify, WATI and related systems) and turn our operational data into useful business insights. You will handle day-to-day IT operations, system integrations and reporting/analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support our Microsoft environment (users, devices, security, email, storage and collaboration tools).
• Administer and optimise our company systems and servers, ensuring stability, security, performance and capacity planning.
• Lead implementation, configuration and ongoing management of our Zoho ecosystem, including: Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books/accounting, Zoho HR/People.
• Build, manage and maintain integrations between Zoho, Shopify, accounting, HR and other systems to ensure accurate, automated data flow.
• Manage and maintain our Shopify setup, apps and integrations.
• Support and optimise our broadcast and communication systems (e.g. WATI, WhatsApp integrations, email/SMS notifications).
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards across Zoho, Shopify and other systems for sales, inventory, finance and operations.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems into clear analytics and insights (e.g. performance tracking, customer behaviour, inventory turns, revenue and cost analysis).
• Monitor system performance, capacity and security; recommend and implement improvements and best practices.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users and document configurations, integrations and processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Inventory, Books, HR or similar); experience implementing or integrating modules is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating cloud systems (Zoho, Shopify, accounting, CRM, messaging tools) via connectors, APIs or automation tools.
• Experience building reports and dashboards (within Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools) and working with data from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify and communication/broadcast tools (e.g. WATI, WhatsApp Business, email tools) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft environments (for both Apple and Windows devices).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, metrics and KPIs.
