TECHNICAL CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER (JAKARTA)

Handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and maintain strong customer relationships with a good understanding of electrical and machine equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Min. 2 years of experience as a Customer Relations Officer, preferably in Engineering or Sales Engineering.

Being proficient in communicating in English (oral / written) is an advantage.

Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, with experience in machinery equipment preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Having high integrity, motivation, enthusiasm, active, proactive & loyal.

Willing to be based in Jakarta.
