Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead planning, inventory control, and materials flow, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders. You will coordinate with regional and local teams, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the planning staff while balancing service level, cost, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Production Planning, PPIC, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role leading planning teams.
• Experience coordinating with regional, zone, or central planning teams to align planning assumptions and targets.
• Proven people management, coaching, and development of planning teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, material planning, and S&OP.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning: forecasting, MPS, material planning, inventory optimization.
• Understanding of production flow, warehouse operations, and customer fulfillment.
• Ability to balance service level, inventory, capacity, and costs; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken, B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, inventory, and flow management to meet committed orders at target service level.
• Align production plans, inventory strategies, and S&OP objectives while balancing service, cost, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inventory and shorten end-to-end lead times.
