Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Content Moderator for our Social Media/E-Commerce platforms in Surakarta. You will evaluate and monitor online content to ensure safety and compliance with policies, while labeling data for pricing comparison and analysis, and reviewing media content.

The role requires shifting work including weekends/public holidays, English fluency, and a willingness to relocate to Surakarta. Fresh graduates are welcome and immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 / S1 in any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in English (written and reading) – B1 minimum.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Surakarta.
• Candidates can start immediately if they pass.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor online content and advertising content according to company policy.
• Categorize and label products/data based on guidelines for pricing and analysis.
• Review images, videos, accounts, and text-based content.
• Follow up on violations of applicable client policies.
• Maintain content quality in each case reviewed.

Content Moderator Social Media/E-Commerce responsible for ensuring our social media and marketplace are safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

Basic Requirements:
