Job summary

RitzHelper PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore-based home services team in Batam.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and requires excellent English communication, strong problem solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in customer service, and own a laptop. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–2 years experience in Customer Service or related role.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and able to work independently.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via in-house system in a professional and timely manner.
Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and customer follow ups.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow company SOPs and maintain a high standard of customer service.
