Job summary

RITZHELPER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Entry cum Backend Assistant to support the backend team in daily operations. The role focuses on accurate data entry, updating sessions promptly, and assisting with operational issues while coordinating with multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in data entry or HR, strong English, and excellent communication. The position may involve weekend shifts and working with a Singapore-based company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry or HR.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Update all confirmed sessions in the system and Excel promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all updates are completed within 15 minutes so the front-end team can refer to the latest schedule.
• Assist helpers with operational matters, such as locating customer addresses, MC/AL requests, lateness, or other job-related issues.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate scheduling.
