Job summary

Schneider Electric Indonesia is seeking a Technical Leader/Assistant Manager to lead cross-disciplinary design and execution teams on complex digital, electrical, mechanical, and multi-system projects. You will drive solutions from tender through delivery while ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role emphasizes building strong technical leadership, coordinating resources, and fostering continuous improvement across engineering functions to maximize customer satisfaction
