Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or elevate issues as appropriate, promptly ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the support cycle.
• Update internal database with information about billing/accounting issues and valuable discussions with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their billing/accounting issues are resolved.
