Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Custody FX & Payment Operations professional to support execution and settlement of custody FX, payments, and fund transactions within a fast-paced securities services environment.

The role requires 5+ years in custody/payments operations, strong knowledge of SWIFT MT103/MT202, and excellent Thai/English communication. You will work across Custody Operations, Fund Services, Client Services, Risk, and Business teams to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in FX payments, custody payments, or securities services operations.
Strong understanding of custody operations, settlements and related workflows.
Familiarity with SWIFT messages MT103/MT202, pacs.008/pacs.009 and RTGS.
High attention to risk controls and process improvements in a regulated environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English.

Responsibilities

Execute and settle custody FX, payment, and domestic fund transactions accurately and on time.
Process and manage payment instructions including pacs.008, MT103, pacs.009, MT202, RTGS, subscriptions and redemptions.
Perform transaction validation, reconciliation, and payment completion checks against instructions.
Maintain settlement standing instructions for accurate processing.
Monitor fund movements, regulatory reporting and operational controls.
