Standard Chartered is seeking a Head of Global Implementation and Cash Client Service in Bangkok to lead end-to-end delivery of Transaction Banking solutions for clients. You will manage a team of Implementation Managers, build client relationships, and drive service excellence while collaborating with Sales, Product and Technology to accelerate revenue growth.

The role requires extensive experience in client implementation, APIs, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on delivering

Qualificações

• 15+ years of banking/finance industry experience or similar industry.
• 15+ years’ experience in Client Implementation with strong delivery focus.
• Extensive knowledge in API, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Global Implementation and Cash Client Service Group Strategy within respective Cluster/Country.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical client service issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation cycle of TB products including ERP integration and onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations.
• Manage team productivity, capacity, and succession planning across onshore/offshore.
• Governance: ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and policy standards.
