PT Amerta Indah Otsuka is seeking a CSR & Media Relations Jr Manager to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR initiatives and media relations, ensuring alignment with ESG priorities and corporate values while strengthening reputation and visibility.

The role drives stakeholder engagement, develops strategic media relationships, oversees health campaigns, and guides external communications across channels to support the company’s social and sustainability agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years in CSR/health campaigns/sustainability.
• Proven leadership and ability to run CSR and media relations initiatives.
• Familiarity with CSR/ESG frameworks, stakeholder mapping, media relations, and impact measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSR strategy development and execution aligned with ESG priorities and business goals.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and partnerships to support CSR programs.
• Plan and execute media relations activities to raise visibility of CSR initiatives.
• Monitor and report on CSR outcomes and media coverage to senior leadership.
