Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a Corporate Communication Expert (CSR) to develop and manage strategic CSR initiatives that align with our business priorities and corporate direction, generating measurable social impact. You will lead end-to-end CSR programs, build partnerships with government, communities and educational institutions, and craft compelling narratives across corporate channels to amplify programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, CSR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communication, CSR, Sustainability, or Stakeholder Management, in a strategic/specialist or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of social impact, sustainability, community development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in the technology industry and corporate communications preferred.
• Certification in CSR/ESG, Sustainability, Project Management, or Communications is an advantage.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and storytelling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and program portfolios aligned with company priorities, CSR pillars, and community needs.
• Manage end-to-end CSR programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and impact documentation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with internal teams, government, communities, social organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Create impactful CSR narratives and amplify programs through corporate communication channels, social media, internal communications, media, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure CSR programs comply with company policies, governance, budget, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct impact measurement and continuous improvement, including Social Return on Investment (SROI) for priority/flagship programs.
