Job summary

KUKA Group, a leading automation specialist, is seeking a CS Consultant in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will help shape after-sales sales strategies and drive global product rollouts across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, bring sales experience in robotics and automation, and demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills to defend and grow our service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Sales experience in Robotics & Automation is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation and satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish sales strategies for after sales products and regional markets.
• Drive global product rollout in the APeC Region.
• Identify, develop, and train global CS sales initiatives.
• Defend and increase market share of service portfolio.
• Search and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and maintain sales calculation and budget tools with global CS Sales teams.
• Organize and conduct global service sales communications, CS-Sales workshops and exchange best practice examples.
• Provide inputs to future service products based on market needs and innovative ideas.

• Development and establishment of sales strategies for the respective after sales products and countries to increase the customer service share of wallet.
• Drive the roll out of global products in the APeC Region.
