Job summary

HireBox Human Resource seeks a Customer Service / After-Sales Technician fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian to support customers in Indonesia. The role centers on after-sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs.

You will repair electronics including PCBs, BMS, batteries, motherboards, and mobile devices, travel domestically as required, and adapt to a Chinese company working environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales inquiries, complaints, remote troubleshooting, repair shipments, and repair progress updates.
• Record and analyze failure data and prepare repair reports.
• Collaborate with Hardware Test Engineers on product failure analysis to improve quality and reduce returns.
• Manage repair materials, used cells, damaged boards, spare parts, and inventory.
• Follow SOP and 5S standards, control material usage, and reduce repair costs.
