Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a CRM automation specialist in Jakarta to drive personalized messaging at scale. You will set up data feeds, templates, and content workflows across campaigns to ensure content flows automatically to the right audiences.

You will build and maintain templating logic (Braze Liquid), develop internal tools for CRM operations, and automate workflows to free the team for higher-value work. Collaboration across Southeast Asia is expected, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Strong scripting/templating skills and understanding of marketing tech.
• Ability to automate repetitive CRM tasks and improve processes.
• Interest in AI and automation in marketing.
• Based in Indonesia with English communication across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Enable dynamic content connections with data feeds and catalog integrations.
• Develop personalization logic using templating (Braze Liquid) for campaigns.
