Job summary

PT Trinusa Travelindo is seeking a CRM Marketing Engineer to join the Product MarTech and Data teams in Indonesia. You will set up data feeds, APIs, and catalog integrations to personalise messages across campaigns, using Braze Liquid templates.

You will build automation infrastructure, write scripts for CRM workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. You’ll collaborate with markets across Southeast Asia, and comfortable, confident English is important.

Qualifications

• CRM foundations with ~5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on scripting with loops and conditional logic; templating experience helpful
• Automation mindset to convert manual tasks into automated processes
• Interest in AI and data-driven marketing
• Regional collaboration across Southeast Asia; English required
• Training on Braze, Liquid, and internal tools provided

Responsibilities

• Enable dynamic content connections through data feeds and catalog integrations
• Develop personalisations logic using Braze Liquid templates
• Build automation infrastructure powering CRM operations
