Job summary

Merkle in Jakarta is seeking an experienced CRM professional to design and deploy HTML email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns across CRM platforms. You will develop dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and ensure QA across devices, collaborating with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Client teams to translate business requirements into technically sound campaign executions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM Operations, Marketing Automation, Email Development, or CRM Campaign Execution.
• Strong hands-on experience coding responsive HTML emails and implementing campaigns within CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with dynamic content, personalization variables, segmentation logic, and campaign QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy HTML email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns across leading CRM platforms.
• Develop dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and conditional logic for relevant customer audiences.
• Manage campaign assets, templates, and HTML content within marketing automation platforms with brand/technical standards.
• Perform QA across devices, browsers, and platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues before campaigns go live.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, investigate campaign issues, and develop practical solutions to keep delivery running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Client teams to translate business requirements into campaign executions.
• Contribute to campaign documentation and SOPs to improve quality and scalability.
• Explore new platform capabilities and automation opportunities to elevate campaign performance.
