Job summary

PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team in Jakarta. You will conduct KYC checks, verify identity and income, review applications, and support risk-based decisions in line with SOP.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, strong analytical skills, and good communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment within FinAccel's Kredivo platform, supporting instant ecommerce financing and adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; S1 from any major preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Credit Analyst, Credit Approval, Data Entry, or related position.
• Strong credit risk analysis and assessment capabilities.
• Able to make recommendations based on analysis and findings.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work with attention to detail, accuracy, and meet time targets.
• Understanding of credit principles and financial industry is a plus.
• English language communication skills are a plus.
• Willing to work shift system.
• Integrity, work ethics, and commitment to company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC checks on applicants in accordance with SOP
• Verify applicant identity, address, and income
• Ensure input data is correct and accurate, including KTP verification and photo/selfie verification
• Collect and review credit applications and supporting documents
• Conduct analysis and final assessment of credit applications
• Make approval or rejection recommendations based on risk analysis and company credit policy
• Determine decisions on customer applications in accordance with SOP and applicable criteria
• Process applications according to target and SLA requirements
• Handle customer inquiries related to credit approval process according to SLA on the same day
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
