Job summary

infinID in South Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our Risks team. You will verify customer applications, prepare comprehensive credit proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lending processes.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in KBMI III/IV banks, with secured lending and Micro/SME loan experience, and a strong analytical mindset to thrive in our fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in KBMI III or IV banks.
• Experience with secured lending products (e.g., mortgage, multipurpose loans, business loans with collateral).
• Experience in Micro and SME loans is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer applications based on documents and third-party verification results.
• Conduct interviews with potential borrowers to evaluate character, financial capacity, and other factors.
• Perform site visits to assess business operations of entrepreneurs and small business loan applicants.
• Gather additional data proactively to support credit decision-making.
• Prepare detailed credit memos outlining risks, income, repayment capacity, and loan purposes.
• Analyze business transactions to strengthen loan assessments.
• Work with sales, collections, partnerships, operations, and product teams to streamline processes.
• Contribute to improvements in the origination process, loan products, and use of technology.
• Stay updated on current events, emerging industries, market risks, and compliance requirements.
