Permata Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Credit E-Reconciliation Officer in South Jakarta to support payments, reconciliations, and credit control for a major FMCG cosmetics company.

You will review platform payments, validate AP/AR postings, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports while maintaining internal and external communications to drive KPI achievement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in E-Commerce, Bank, Financial Institution, FMCG with omni-channel background.
• Basic accounting, journal, finance, negotiation.
• Advanced in MS Excel & PPT, Power Query (advantage), Power BI

Aufgaben

• Review Payment/Collection from Platform/Customer
• Validate AP/AR Posting & Balance
• Resolve AR/AP discrepancies with internal & external parties
• Ensure AR Aging follows TOP
• Follow up on documents related to AP/AR transactions
• Maintain communication both internal & external to ensure credit management KPI's
• Prepare relevant reports

Key responsibilities

Review Payment/Collection from Platform/Customer

Validate AP/AR Posting & Balance

Solve the discrepancy AR/AP both Internal & External parties

Ensure AR Aging follow respected TOP

Follow Up Document related to AP/AR transaction to customer or internal

Maintain communication both internal & external to ensure credit management KPI's are fulfilled

Ensure all procedures are based on internal policy

Prepare relevant Report

About you

Minimum 1 years of experience in E-Commerce, Bank, Financial Institution, FMCG with Omni Channel Background

Basic Accounting, Journal, Finance, Negotiation, Problem Solver

Advance in ms. Excel & PPT, Power Query (will be advantage), PBI
