Job summary

infinID is seeking a Field Accountant to support SME lending in South Jakarta. The role focuses on collecting on-site financial data, preparing six-month P&L statements and balance sheets from informal records.

You will collaborate with the credit team to assess repayment capacity, document analyses, and communicate results clearly to borrowers. A Bachelor's in Accounting and at least two years of field accounting or auditing experience are preferred; strong analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing, with a preference for field accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in interpreting informal financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to conduct thorough site visits independently.

Responsibilities

• Field Data Collection: Conduct site visits to gather financial data from potential borrowers, including informal records and transactions.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop six-month profit and loss statements and the latest balance sheets based on collected data; analyze to project cash flows and profitability.
• Loan Assessment: Evaluate the financial health of businesses to determine loan repayment capacity; collaborate with the credit team to recommend loan amounts and terms.
• Documentation & Communication: Accurately document financial data and analyses; maintain clear communication with the lending team and borrowers.
