Job summary

Indodana is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the Credit Risk Team in Jakarta to detect fraud and minimize risk. The role involves reviewing applicant documents, data entry, and performing phone verifications to confirm data accuracy.

You will ensure adherence to policy, coordinate with other departments, and support risk mitigation efforts. Indonesian market experience is preferred, with shift work and immediate joining available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Credit Analyst (preferably experience in Phone Verification)
• Bachelor degree preferred, but diploma degree also welcome
• Good knowledge in Credit Analyst, Fraud Anomalies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review applicant’s documents
• Enter applicant’s data
• Conduct Phone Verification to verify customer’s data and documents
• Maintenance data request reviewer
• Make sure all procedures are followed accordingly based on policy.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
