Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, Indonesia-based bank, seeks a senior Business Analyst to lead the credit analysis team and oversee lending and portfolio assessment.

You will review credit proposals, perform financial analysis and risk assessment, monitor portfolio health, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive sound credit decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in credit analysis within banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, NPL ratios, and risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate financial performance and develop mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems; credit guarantees are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Economics, Finance, or Banking.
• Minimum7 years of experience in Credit Analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, NPL ratios, and risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate financial performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems; credit guarantees are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
