Job summary

Antarestar is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify and engage creators and affiliates across TikTok and other platforms. You will build strong relationships, manage end-to-end collaborations, and monitor performance to drive GMV improvements while coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, and Content teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong communication, negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, Creator Partnership, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Experience with Affiliate / Social Commerce is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially through chat and online communication.
• Comfortable approaching, negotiating, and following up with creators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential creators, and affiliates across TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
• Manage the end-to-end collaboration process, from outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, content execution, to performance tracking.
• Monitor affiliate/KOL performance and identify opportunities to improve GMV/GMT and conversion.
• Develop strategies to activate and retain high-performing creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Commercial, and Content to execute campaigns.
• Maintain creator/affiliate databases and regularly report campaign performance.
• Continuously learn and adapt to changes in social commerce, creator trends, and affiliate marketing.
