Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia to support collaboration with Indonesian merchants, agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.
• Good analytical and teamworking skills.
• Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused.
• Thrives in dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in creator operations, managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
• Process-minded with ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
• Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
• Proficient in simple design tools to craft clear and engaging mass communication messages.
