Job summary

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking a Creator Operation Project Intern to support daily creator and MCN operations, campaign planning, and product coordination in a fast-paced social commerce team. You will gain hands-on experience across end-to-end campaign execution and creator activations in Southeast Asia.

The role focuses on supporting daily operations, tracking performance, and coordinating with internal and external partners to drive creator-led commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in e-commerce operations, creator/MCN management, business administration or marketing.
• Fluent in Business English as a working language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the MS Office / Google Workspace ecosystem / Lark (Feishu).

Responsibilities

• Top Creator & MCN Operation Support: track daily creator and MCN performance, including creator growth and progress.
• Campaign Support: manage campaign activities and promotional budgets for Top Creators and MCNs.
• Product Support / Brand Cooperation: match products between Top Creators/MCNs and sellers; coordinate samples and incentives.
• Data & Document Management: prepare reports and trackers for creator, MCN, and campaign performance.
