Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creator operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of creators.
• Drive creator performance by designing incentive schemes, education programs, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor content production and ensure alignment with platform trends and business goals.
• Support and execute AI-related projects to scale content supply.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize creator output and project performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and drive GMV growth.
