Job summary

CapCut is seeking a Creator & AI Project Operations Manager (ID) to lead end-to-end creator operations, recruiting and onboarding talents, and sustaining creator relationships within ByteDance's CapCut ecosystem.

You will drive creator performance through incentive programs, manage AI content projects, and collaborate with product, content and data teams to scale content supply and GMV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creator operations, content operations, or digital platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and creator economy dynamics.
• Experience in managing creator communities or talent pipelines.

Creator & AI Project Operations Manager (ID) - CapCut

Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end creator operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of creators.
• Drive creator performance by designing incentive schemes, education programs, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor content production and ensure alignment with platform trends and business goals.
• Support and execute AI-related projects (e.g., AI-generated content, template production, mini drama, etc.) to scale content supply.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, and data) to optimize creator output and project performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and drive GMV growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in creator operations, content operations, or digital platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and creator economy dynamics.
• Experience in managing creator communities or talent pipelines
• Familiarity with AI content tools or AI-driven production workflows Preferred Qualifications:
• Data analysis and performance tracking experiences
• Project management and execution experiences
