Job summary

CapCut is seeking a Creator & AI Project Operations Manager (ID) to lead end-to-end creator operations, recruiting and onboarding talents, and sustaining creator relationships within ByteDance's CapCut ecosystem.

You will drive creator performance through incentive programs, manage AI content projects, and collaborate with product, content and data teams to scale content supply and GMV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creator operations, content operations, or digital platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and creator economy dynamics.
• Experience in managing creator communities or talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creator operations including recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Design incentive schemes and education programs to drive creator performance.
• Monitor content production aligning with platform trends and goals.
• Support AI-related projects to scale content supply.
• Collaborate with content, product and data teams to optimize creator output.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and boost GMV.
