Job summary

Shopee Indonesia seeks an energetic influencer partner manager to own and develop creators outside the Shopee Platform across YouTube, IG, Facebook, and TikTok. You will conceive campaigns, launch engagement events, and drive talent attraction and retention.

You will support creator growth, coach on performance and tools, and align with local strategy and policies. You will collect feedback to improve SOPs and tools across the creator program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.

• Coach creator on how to improve their performance, train them on relevant tools, and align them with company policies and local strategy.
• Gather feedback from creators to implement improvements for the overall program, identify opportunities to improve SOP and creator tool

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 1+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.
• Knowledgeable and able to navigate content driven platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
