Job summary

Shopee Indonesia seeks an energetic influencer partner manager to own and develop creators outside the Shopee Platform across YouTube, IG, Facebook, and TikTok. You will conceive campaigns, launch engagement events, and drive talent attraction and retention.

You will support creator growth, coach on performance and tools, and align with local strategy and policies. You will collect feedback to improve SOPs and tools across the creator program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators outside Shopee's Platform
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent
• Focus on creator growth and development with ongoing support
• Coach creators on performance, tools, and policy alignment
• Gather feedback to improve the program and SOPs
