Your portfolio will demonstrate strong visual storytelling, composition, and lighting. Collaborate with planners and editors to realize concepts, manage multiple shoots, and contribute fresh ideas for dynamic camera work and production setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of videography/content production experience.
• Proficient in operating cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, camera movement, and storytelling.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Creative, proactive and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for internal and social media needs.
• Capture high-quality footage for short-form content (mostly hotel footages).
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, composition, framing and basic production setup.
• Collaborate with Creative Planners and Video Editors to meet creative requirements.
• Contribute ideas for camera angles, shots, and storytelling.
• Ensure footage is organized and ready for post-production.
• Assist with basic editing when needed.
• Manage multiple shoots and projects to meet deadlines.
