Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a talented Videographer to join our marketing team in East Balikpapan. You will plan, shoot, and edit compelling videos for campaigns and social platforms, collaborating across departments to align with our TECNO Indonesia brand objectives.

You will operate professional gear, scout locations, and drive post-production, including colour grading, sound design and basic VFX, delivering polished content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer or video production specialist.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality video work.
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting and audio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, shooting and editing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Collaborating with marketing to conceptualise video ideas aligned with brand messaging.
• Operating professional video equipment to capture footage.
• Conducting research and location scouting for shoots.
• Managing post-production: editing, colour grading, sound design and VFX.
• Creating content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Coordinating with talent and production crews for smooth filming.
• Maintaining an organised archive of video assets for future use.
• Staying current with video production trends and techniques.
