Qualifications

1–2 years of videography or content production experience.
Proficient in operating cameras and basic production equipment.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera movement.
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills.
Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute video shoots for internal creative needs, social channels, and internal projects.
Capture high-quality footage for short-form social media content.
Handle camera equipment, lighting, composition, framing, and basic production setup.
Work with Creative Planners and Video Editors to meet creative requirements.
Contribute ideas for camera angles, shots, and storytelling.
Ensure footage is organized for post-production.
Support basic video editing or post-production when needed.
Manage multiple shoots and projects to meet deadlines.
