Job summary

NEX Entertainment is seeking a talented Videographer in Tangerang to plan and execute video shoots for internal projects and social channels. You will capture engaging footage, manage lighting and composition, and support basic editing as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of videography experience, a strong eye for storytelling, and a portfolio showing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of videography/content production experience.
• Proficient in operating cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for internal needs and social channels.
• Capture high-quality footage for short-form content (mostly hotel footage).
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, composition, and basic production setup.
• Collaborate with Creative Planners and Video Editors to meet requirements.
• Contribute ideas for camera angles and storytelling.
• Ensure footage is organized and prepared for post-production.
• Support basic video editing or post-production when needed.
• Manage multiple shoots and deadlines efficiently.
