PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is seeking a Creative & Multimedia Officer in Tangerang to elevate our brand through compelling visuals and multimedia content. You will translate briefs into engaging visuals for corporate communications, campaigns, and events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Visual Design or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video tools is essential; on-site work Mon–Fri with occasional events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia or related field.
Portfolio showing graphic design, video, and photography work is mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in creative, multimedia or corporate communications.

Responsabilités

Develop creative concepts and visual materials for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, digital platforms, and brand initiatives.
Produce and manage multimedia content including graphic design, photography, video production, editing, motion graphics, and other digital assets.
Capture on-site photo and video for events, project sites, product launches, and CSR activities.
Ensure outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality checks before publication or print.
Coordinate production with stakeholders, vendors, and photographers/videographers.
Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery and maintain asset library.
