Job summary

MixWork Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta seeks a talented Creative Designer with a keen eye for retail aesthetics to create compelling visual communications that bring the brand to life.

You will be the visual guardian of our client’s brand, responsible for creating Key Visuals (KVs) that drive campaigns and adapt across posters and mobile screens. Collaborating with the Singapore-based marketing team, you will translate briefs into creative executions, manage multiple design requests under tight retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) to collaborate with Singapore team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in Key Visual creation and multi-channel adaptation (poster to mobile screen).
• Deep understanding of print production processes (bleed, CMYK) and digital asset specs (RGB, responsive layouts).

Responsibilities

• Key Visual Development: Conceptualize and design high-impact Key Visuals for major marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Cross-Channel Adaptation: Adapt KVs across formats for multiple platforms while preserving visual integrity.
• Digital Design: Create marketing collaterals including EDMs, Web Banners, Social Graphics, and App assets.
• Physical Design: Prepare assets for in-store signage, banners, decals, and printed collaterals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure typography, colors, and imagery align with MixWork Information's DQV philosophy.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team in Singapore to meet campaign objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design requests with tight retail deadlines.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay current with design trends, e-commerce UI/UX best practices.
