Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to translate briefs into compelling visuals for digital and print. You will craft key visuals, social assets, banners, packaging, and POSM, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
You will produce video and motion graphics for campaigns, edit footage, apply motion design, manage assets, and collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to meet tight deadlines.
Develop key visuals, social media assets, banners, POSM, promotional packaging, and other print materials based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Translate campaign concepts into engaging, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand designs that resonate with the target audience.
Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints, both digital and offline/print.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the Brand Manager and/or Head of Marcomm within the required timeline.
Produce video and motion graphic content for digital campaigns, social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), events, and brand activations — from storyboarding, shooting/animation, and editing to final production.
Edit event footage, testimonials, and product documentation into engaging, publication-ready content.
Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Organize, manage, and archive multimedia assets, including raw footage, project files, and final outputs, in a structured and easily accessible manner.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialists and the Brand Manager/Head of Marcomm to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign strategies and the content calendar.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with external vendors such as printing suppliers, videographers, and voice-over talents when required.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, video content, social media, and digital platforms to continuously improve creative output.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film/Broadcasting, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role. Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or marketing agencies is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video production, and/or motion graphic capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (mandatory). Proficiency in Canva for quick-turnaround and collaborative projects is a plus.
Basic understanding of videography, including framing, lighting, and audio, as well as product photography.
Familiar with content formats and specifications across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, and websites.
Good understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand guideline implementation.
Creative with a strong visual sense and the ability to translate verbal or written briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and consistent in maintaining quality and brand alignment across all creative outputs.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with Brand, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
Open to feedback and revisions, with the ability to work effectively under tight campaign deadlines.
Experience creating content for consumer, FMCG, or pharmaceutical products subject to product-claim regulations, such as BPOM requirements, is a plus.
Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation or product rendering is a plus.
Basic understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize content formats and engagement.
