Job summary

PT. Origa Mulia FRP seeks a skilled Visual Designer to craft visual content for social media, websites, catalogs, and presentations. You will edit videos, create thumbnails, and ensure branding consistency across materials.

The role requires 2+ years in creative design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Premiere Pro and Canva. A fast-paced environment and collaboration with marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/D4 in Graphic Design or Multimedia or a Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design (or equivalent).
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout and composition.
• Minimum 2 years in creative design.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe suite, Canva, CapCut, Blender).
• Experience with cameras for photography and videography.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for social media, websites, marketplaces, decks, events, and sales materials.
• Perform video editing: cuts, subtitles, sound, visual treatments, finalization.
• Create thumbnails for websites and YouTube.
• Assist in developing industrial, commercial, and international presentation decks.
• Assist in creating technical catalogs, photo albums, flyers, and event visuals.
• Manage visual content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Handle photo and video documentation.

Create thumbnails for websites, YouTube, and other digital visual content according to monthly targets. Assist in developing industrial, commercial, and international presentation decks based on marketing briefs. Assist in creating technical catalogs, photo albums, flyers, tri-fold brochures, and visual materials for events. Manage visual content requirements for Instagram and TikTok. Handle photo and video documentation. Maintain consistency in the company's visual branding.

About you

• Minimum D3/D4 in Graphic Design or Multimedia, or a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV)
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative design
• Proficient in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and Blender
• Experience with cameras for photography and videography
• Highly creative with a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
