Job summary

ZAP Group in Jakarta is seeking a Supervisor Creative Design to lead the design team and deliver impactful visuals that strengthen our brand across channels.

You will develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity, review outputs for quality and consistency, and collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and other departments to build campaigns and promotional materials. A minimum of 3 years in graphic/creative design with supervisory experience and a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of graphic/creative design experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and visual execution.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with other tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Creative Design team to deliver high-quality visuals.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Review outputs for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and other departments on campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to improve design capabilities.
• Ensure visual identity consistency across digital and offline materials.
