Job summary

ZAP Group is seeking a Head of Videographer, Photographer & Editor to lead the visual content production team in Jakarta. The role requires guiding creative direction, maintaining editing standards, and delivering on-brand visuals for digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in video/photo editing with leadership experience and a proven portfolio. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom is essential. Beauty/lifestyle or agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in video/photo editing or creative production with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Strong visual storytelling, color grading and motion graphics.
• Experience leading a creative team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio of relevant video/photo editing work required.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, agency or digital industry a plus.

About you
