Job summary

Visious Studio, a Jakarta-based branding agency, seeks an Art Director to lead the creative vision across branding, digital, and campaigns. Translate briefs into strong concepts, guide the design team, and ensure visuals align with the studio’s aesthetic.

The ideal candidate is concept-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting ideas, with a strong sense of taste, storytelling, and contemporary design culture. Online portfolio submissions are required along with résumé.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Art Director; 4 years as Graphic Designer.
• Creative, proactive, explorative; open to new approaches and ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborate with team.
• Able to present concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Good eye for design and ability to translate concepts into visuals.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple team members and clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage creative processes under tight deadlines.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about creative work with professional attitude.
• Experience handling projects for big clients in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Knowledge of After Effects and 3D software is a plus.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and emerging AI tools for creative workflows.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
• Online portfolios should be submitted with resumé.
