Job summary

ZAP Group is seeking a Head of Videographer, Photographer & Editor to lead the visual content production team in Jakarta. The role requires guiding creative direction, maintaining editing standards, and delivering on-brand visuals for digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in video/photo editing with leadership experience and a proven portfolio. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom is essential. Beauty/lifestyle or agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
Minimum 5 years in video/photo editing or creative production with leadership experience.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
Strong visual storytelling, color grading and motion graphics.
Experience leading a creative team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong portfolio of relevant video/photo editing work required.
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, agency or digital industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Video & Photo Editing team, including workflow, quality, and timelines.
Develop and maintain visual editing standards and creative direction.
Oversee editing for social media, campaigns, branding, and marketing.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media and other teams.
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
Review work and provide feedback to improve quality and effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables.
Keep up with current trends in video editing, photography, and motion graphics.
